Fluid loss
I weighed myself before and after working three youth football games today.
Even after drinking 68 ounces - I counted - and eating a double cheeseburger, I lost four pounds this afternoon.
Insane.
I'm just glad it wasn't 92 degrees like yesterday. One varsity game yesterday in that heat took much more out of me than three games today. I was dying out there. I felt sick and had a headache all afternoon and all night.
